Come along to CoolTan Arts’ Largactyl Shuffle and find out 101 little-known facts about London’s most under-cover borough. Join us with walk leader Ari Henry for a leisurely and informative Largactyl Shuffle through South London.

All Saints' Day (also known as All Souls Day) is the day after All Hallows' Eve (Hallowe'en). We will explore the origins of All Saints Day, where it started and who it celebrates, check out some of the saints associated with the area and the affect religion has had, and continues to have, on mental well being.

The Largactyl Shuffle is a guided cultural walk designed to explore the correlation between mental and physical well being through art, history, humour and exercise.
