Introduction

This guide describes the routes from South Kensington Underground station to the Sir Henry Moore Gallery. the layout of the gallery and routes from there to the canteen and toilets, within the Royal College of Art are also included.

Scope of Our Survey

Describe Online has published a text guide to South Kensington Underground station which includes details of the Subway to Museums.

This survey includes the route above ground, along Exhibition Road to Kensington Gore and thence to the Royal College of Art. Both main and Jay Mews entrances to the college are included and the routes from each of these to the Sir Henry Moore Gallery. The layout of the Gallery is described, together with routes from here to the canteen and toilets.

The building is wheelchair accessible, via ramps at each entrance, though there are no lifts for public use within the building.
