BlindArt is a UK registered charity established to achieve the following goals:

• To advance the education of the public in the needs of persons who are blind or partially sighted.
  
• To encourage artists in all media to produce works of art specifically created for people who are blind or partially sighted.
  
• To establish, develop, support and promote any exhibition or competition designed to encourage the production of works of art specifically created for or produced by people who are blind or partially sighted.
  
• To find a permanent collection of works of art specifically created for or produced by people who are blind or partially sighted.
  
• To relieve and assist by all charitable means persons who are blind or partially sighted.
